Bolero & Company

Founded in 2012, Bolero & Company has developed into a prosperous enterprise with a prominent position in the production and export of Georgian wines. The company owns extensive vineyards in the picturesque Kakheti region and brings together several subsidiaries under one roof, including K and Georgian Spirit LLC, Universal Spirits LLC, Gruzvinprom LLC, Bolero & Company LLC, and Winery Kachreti LLC.

From the very beginning, Bolero has aimed to make a significant contribution to Georgian wine and position it internationally as a leading brand. The company has now established itself as a prominent player in the global market, specializing in grape processing and the production of high-quality alcoholic beverages.

The winery is equipped with modern production machinery and boasts one of the oldest and most extensive Qvevri wine cellars in Georgia, consisting of 224 traditional amphorae, each with a capacity of 2,500 to 4,000 liters. Notably, some Qvevri are older than the winery itself, and their number continues to grow, keeping the rich tradition of Georgian winemaking alive.

Key Brands within Bolero & Co

Daisi

The Daisi brand offers an appealing range of wines that honor Georgia’s classic grape varieties and regions while making them accessible to a wider audience. For example, the Daisi Alazani Valley White Semisweet is made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in the Alazani Valley in the Kakheti region.

There is also the Daisi Saperavi Red Dry, made from the indigenous Saperavi grape, typical of the rich red wines from the same region. Another example is the Daisi Mukuzani Red Dry (Kakheti), also crafted from Saperavi. In short, Daisi is a brand that makes Georgian terroir wines accessible while clearly highlighting both the region and grape variety.

Sabado

Another notable brand under Bolero & Co is Sabado. This line often focuses on more refined or “special edition” wines, including examples such as Sabado Grand Khikhvi Qvevri and Sabado Classic Tsinandali. Sabado explicitly uses the qvevri tradition (clay amphorae) and emphasizes microzones within the Kakheti wine region. This brand appeals to enthusiasts seeking a more terroir-driven or experimental experience within the Georgian wine tradition.

Wines and Distillates from Bolero & Co

Bolero & Co produces a wide range of wines and distillates, reflecting both Georgia’s rich history and contemporary taste trends with international appeal.

Amber Wines– These unique wines are made using ancient Georgian methods in underground clay amphorae, called qvevri. The result is a wine with a deep amber color, complex aromas of dried fruit and honey, and a rich, layered flavor profile.

Fruity Red Wines – Made from indigenous grape varieties such as Saperavi and Mukuzani, these wines feature pronounced fruit characters with notes of blackberries, cherries, and spices. They are full-bodied and perfectly balanced between power and elegance.

Terroir-Driven Wines – Bolero & Co wines reflect the unique terroirs of Kakheti, where the combination of fertile soils, microclimate, and traditional winemaking techniques imparts a distinctive, authentic taste to every bottle.

Wine Distillates and Chacha – In addition to wine, Bolero & Co excels in producing refined distillates. Its flagship product is the traditional Georgian grape spirit Chacha, known for its purity, intense aroma, and warm finish. Variants such as Chacha Oak Fusion are aged in oak barrels, resulting in a deeper color, subtle vanilla notes, and a soft, rounded flavor. These distillates reflect the same craftsmanship, respect for tradition, and dedication to quality found in Bolero & Co’s wines.
