Ararat Brandy represents the heart of Armenian brandy tradition. Produced from indigenous grape varieties grown by both large vineyards and local farmers, Ararat brandies are known for their full-bodied flavor, smooth mouthfeel, and a gently fiery finish. The grapes are harvested between September and October, when sugar levels are still relatively low — a key factor in achieving balance and elegance in the final spirit.
