If you are looking for a wonderfully fresh wine, for example during the summer months or to drink with light dishes, the Tbilvino Rkatsiteli from 2020 is a Georgian topper. The wine can be recognized by the remarkable shape of the bottle, but also by its clear taste that the Rkatsiteli grape gives.
A recognizable touch of pear and apple, certainly not too heavy a print. Great wine to drink with a pasta, (white) fish or a salad, for example. The wine is not compelling and drinks away smoothly.

Tbilvino, once one of the largest wine producers in the Soviet Union, went through turbulent times until two brothers came to the helm. Back to basics, that was the idea. And that is certainly noticeable with their wines. They now have a variety of red and white wines that are becoming increasingly well-known, also outside of Georgia.
