Winery
At Chateau Kefraya wine is produced in a meticulous way. The journey from vine to bottle is carried out with the utmost attention to detail. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, after which a selection of the berries takes place, followed by the separate vinification of the different plot harvests. The winemakers strike a perfect balance between tradition and modern processes in a cellar equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels. The cellar has a capacity of 1000 barrels and a number of amphora pots, continuing the Phoenician and Roman tradition.
Each wine from Château Kefraya is the result of an accurate and careful process of blending different grape varieties.
