Description

Producer

Founded in 1887, the Yerevan Brandy Company is recognized as a significant icon of Armenian tradition and craftsmanship. The company, known for producing the renowned ARARAT brandy, has grown over time to become one of Armenia’s leading brandy producers, exporting to more than 50 countries worldwide. For the production of Ararat brandies, only carefully selected grapes from Armenia are used, combined with pure water from the Katnakhbyur spring. The brandies are aged in Caucasian oak barrels, with experienced craftsmen closely supervising the process. By balancing traditional methods with modern techniques, the brand offers both classic and innovative varieties.

The brand has an impressive history with several milestones, including the introduction of one of the first vintage cognacs and international recognition at the 1902 World Exposition in France. Visitors to the museum in Yerevan can learn more about this rich heritage, observe the production process up close, and sample a range of exceptional brandies.
