Description
Winery
Since 1956, Venec Winery has been crafting wines using classical, timeless techniques. Venec is located in the picturesque village of Dolni Disan, in the southeast of Macedonia. The family-owned business has a rich agricultural tradition spanning more than fifty years, with extensive experience in livestock farming, agriculture, and the cultivation of high-quality grapes. Venec’s vineyards cover approximately 300 hectares, where both white and red grapes are grown. A significant portion of the harvest is carefully sold to other winemakers, extending the influence of Venec Winery beyond its own cellar. Each wine invites an unforgettable experience: the senses are awakened by refined aromas and subtle textures, while the unique character of each grower’s grapes comes fully to life.
Creating a truly enchanting wine, one that is simultaneously accessible and enjoyable for everyone, is an art in itself. Only the finest grapes are selected and fermented with the utmost care, resulting in a wine experience that lingers long after the last sip.
