Venec Merlot Single Block is an exclusive wine from the picturesque village of Zad Gradište, in the heart of North Macedonia. This region is renowned for its lush vineyards and ideal climate, perfect for producing Merlot of exceptional quality. The wine is made entirely from carefully selected Merlot grapes from a single plot—ensuring consistency and character, hence the name Single Block. During the winemaking process, special attention is given to preserving the natural complexity and finesse of the grape. After harvest, the wine undergoes traditional fermentation and aging, with controlled temperatures and the use of high-quality oak barrels, resulting in an elegant structure and a refined, layered flavor.
