This wine owes its name to the grapes used. The Venec winery is located near the Muratov Dol. This is a large river. It is quite centrally located, about 80 kilometres from the capital Skopje.

This Venec Cabernet Sauvignon Single block is characterised by its ruby red colour. It is an elegant red wine with soft tannins. The aftertaste is long and even a little spicy. In general, the wines from the Venec winery are somewhat complex. This Cabernet Sauvignon is less complex, but still very pure.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has an alcohol percentage of 14%. We recommend to serve the wine at a temperature of 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. This wine is also delicious in combination with truffle dishes.
