This distinctive wine is crafted from the indigenous Armenian grape variety, Khatun Kharji. The harvested grapes undergo a careful drying process and are then pressed directly, without additional maceration. The wine fermentation is meticulously carried out at a constant temperature of 13°C. After the fermentation process, the wine matures for two weeks, allowing the unique characteristics to fully unfold. With a refined alcohol percentage of 12%, this wine provides a balanced and elegant drinking experience. Explore the subtleties of Khatun Kharji and let this unique creation enchant your senses.

In 2009, three closely-knit friends, all infused with a passion for the world of wine, joined forces to create their own vineyards. These visionaries chose the Voyots Dzor region, with its rocky, high-altitude vineyards, as the ideal place to turn their dreams into reality. Based on their friendship and dedication to the project, Trinity Canyon Vineyards was born. At Trinity Canyon Vineyards, a love for the environment takes center stage. The vineyards are organically managed, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and ecological responsibility. Anyone willing to contribute to this beautiful project is warmly welcomed, as collaboration forms the core of their ethos. While their wines embody a modern approach, they retain a deep-rooted authenticity that is characteristic of Armenia. The unique terroir of the Voyots Dzor region blends with the expertise of these passionate winemakers, resulting in wines that capture the soul of Armenia. Leading the vineyard management is Lovon Hakobyan, an experienced winemaker who has already established vineyards for various Armenian wine companies. His knowledge and dedication are essential to Trinity’s success. In the cellar, magic is crafted by Artem Parseghyan, a winemaker with international experience, including stints in Yerevan, Montpellier, and Geisenheim. He is supported by the talented French winemaker Jean Luc Isnard, owner of a vineyard in Ventoux. Hovakim Saghatelyan takes on the role of executive director and much more. As a poet, singer, writer, and director of a wine company, he infuses creativity and passion into the project, giving it a unique and captivating dimension.
