Tosco Añejo is a refined ultra-premium tequila from Mexico, produced at the prestigious Hacienda Purísima. The distillery combines advanced technology from Italy and Spain with traditional craftsmanship, enabling the daily production of over 140,000 liters of tequila. For Tosco Añejo, only the highest-quality agave plants are selected, carefully processed, and slowly distilled. The tequila then matures for two years in oak barrels, developing a rich, complex flavor. After aging, the spirit is filtered to a crystal-clear clarity, contributing to a velvety-smooth mouthfeel. With an alcohol content of 40%, Tosco Añejo offers an exceptionally smooth and sophisticated tequila experience.
Tosco Añejo presents itself in a deep amber color that immediately invites tasting. The tequila reveals a powerful, woody character, enriched with subtle notes of vanilla and dried fruit. On the palate, flavors of walnut and smoked paprika are complemented by gentle hints of oak, citrus, and cocoa. This refined tequila is best enjoyed alongside grilled meats, rich chocolate, aged cheeses, roasted nuts, dishes with a touch of citrus, or caramelized desserts.
