Thaya Svatovavřinecké Premium 2020

Thaya Svatovavřinecké Premium is a beautiful Czech red wine from the Morava wine region, subregion Znojemská and has an alcohol content of 12.5%. This wine is made from the grape variety St. Laurent. The grape variety is probably a mutation of the Pinot Noir, but has partly left the soft character of the Pinot Noir behind. St. Laurent has fairly small berries and soft tannin’s, often the grape is mouth-filling and is suitable for wood aging. This allows the wines of the St. Laurent to mature well in the bottle.

Would you like to enjoy a nice dry red wine? Don’t wait any longer and order this beautiful wine on our site.

Flavor character Thaya Svatovavřinecké Premium

The Thaya Svatovavřinecké Premium is a wine with a darker ruby red color, aged for 18 months in oak barrels of various sizes and types of firing. The aroma is dominated by notes of dried plums, which turn into jam. The taste is very fruity, robust, supported by the taste of oak barrels in the aftertaste with a long persistence. We recommend combining the wine with Deer Ragout, these 2 go perfectly together.
