Thaya Frankovka Premium 2019
Thaya Frankovka Premium is a delicious Czech red dry wine. This wine comes directly from the beautiful Morava wine region, subregion Znojemská and has an alcohol content of 12.5%. The wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Combination of different sizes, types of fire and age of wood. This beauty is made from the Frankovka grape. It has been known for some time that (moderate) consumption of red wine has a positive effect on health. But did you also know that of all wines, the Frankovka is one of the most healing among the red wines?
In 2009, the ‘College of Health Sciences’ of the University of Bordeaux investigated the component in wine that prevents arteriosclerosis and reduces the risk of a heart attack.
Flavor Character Thaya Frankovka Premium
The Thaya Frankovka Premium has a beautiful ruby red color in the glass with violet highlights. The nose is refined, fruity with notes of licorice and spices, complemented by hints of black fruit. The palate is long, with wood aging and a typical spiciness. The wine goes well with beef short ribs with demiglaze sauce. Tip: serve at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C
