Meet the Popov Cuvée Prestige 2017 Macedonian wine from our range, a Gold Medal winner at Mundus vini. It is a dry red wine of controlled and guaranteed origin from the Tikvesh wine region, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5% and is aged for 30% in barrique. Characteristic of this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is the deep purple color. In short, a wonderful wine for your many occasions.

The intensity of black currant, black plum, grape and blueberry gives us a full nose of fruit, despite the spicy aromas and vanilla flavors coming from the oak aging part, which also makes this wine well balanced with soft tannin’s and a delicious aftertaste. The wine has a beautiful deep purple color in the glass. This wine is also perfectly paired with classic beef, game or lamb, stews, cheese Camembert, Brie, Roquefort. It is advisable to decant the wine before serving or to let it dry a little in a bottle or jar. Please serve at 16-18°C.
