Ordering process

How does ordering at Drinkrituals work?

Drinkrituals makes every effort to deliver your order safely and quickly to the desired address.

Delivery & delivery time

We do not sell or supply drinks to people under the age of 18. On delivery, the delivery person performs the 18+ check and must therefore identify the contractor.

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by you.

Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be delivered within two working days within the Netherlands. Within Europe we deliver during 3-4 working days. On Holidays, in the event of a virus outbreak or other unexpected circumstances, the delivery of your order may take longer.

We strive to deliver your order on time. Exceeding the delivery promise due to force majeure does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel the order.

Delivery charge

For shipments within the Netherlands we charge no delivery costs above €150, below this amount you pay € 8.95 in delivery costs. We use fixed rates for deliveries in other countries of the EU. For more info visit our shipping page.

Packaging

The bottles are packed in boxes of 6, 12 bottles. Your order will be packed very accurately and carefully, so that damage is almost impossible.

For Business

Within the Benelux we do not only deliver to private individuals, but also to all catering establishments, event agencies and other companies interested in our products.

Payment options

Private: Payments on Drinkrituals.com go through a secure system. Our payment transactions are handled by Buckaroo. Drinkrituals accepts payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, American Express, Visa en Credit Cards.

Business: we have special prices for business customers. If you want to make business purchases from us, please contact us at info@drinkrituals.com. We would like to receive your billing and shipping address and will then arrange it for you.

Returns

You have the right to a reflection period of 14 days. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the unopened bottles within 14 days. We would appreciate it if you first contact us via info@drinkrituals.com. The bottles should (preferably) be returned in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transport. In case you send the bottles in a packaging, which is not intended for transporting bottles, and damage therefore occurs, we can choose not to accept the packaging. You will be informed about this by our delivery partner. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account.

Damage

Your order will be packed in such a way that the risk of breakage or damage is very small. If your order is still delivered damaged, we will bear all costs.

In case your order is presented damaged, you may refuse it at the door or accept it and request replacement. If you accept the damaged package and request a replacement bottle, you must notify us by e-mail and demonstrate by means of a photo that the bottle(s) has / have been damaged.

The damage can be seen clearly from the following photos:

  • Photo of the delivered box containing the bottles
  • Photo of the packaging, if this is the case
  • Photo of the damage or of the damaged bottle. For example, this photo should clearly show where the damage is, the bottle must still be unopened (the foil on the neck of the bottle is still on and the cork is not opened).

Complaints

Orders must be checked by yourself after receipt. Complaints must be communicated to us within 72 hours of receipt. For complaints, comments or for other questions about your order, please contact Drinkrituals via info@drinkrituals.com.
