Founded in 2014 by esteemed vintners Giorgi Tsirghvava and Mamuka Tsiklauri, the DoReMi Wine Cellar stands as a tribute to Georgia’s rich winemaking legacy. With an unwavering dedication to organic practices, they carefully select grapes from vineyards scattered across the diverse landscapes of Kakheti, Kartli, and Imereti.

At DoReMi, tradition takes precedence, as all wines are meticulously crafted using the ancient method of kvevri winemaking. These large clay vessels, housed in the cellar, lie at the core of their winemaking process. No additives are introduced, and there’s no interference with filtration or clarification, with only a minimal addition of sulfites. It’s worth noting that each Georgian region has its own unique customs for producing natural wines in a kvevri. DoReMi proudly aligns itself with the Natural Wine Association.

Step into the enchanting realm of the Ocho wine collection, where age-old traditions intertwine with the preservation of endangered wildlife. In Georgian folklore, Ocho is celebrated as the protector of forests and wild creatures, embodying the raw beauty of nature.
