Wine House
The collaborative vision of esteemed vintners Giorgi Tsirghvava and Mamuka Tsiklauri, the DoReMi Wine Cellar has been a testament to Georgia’s winemaking heritage since its establishment in 2014. With a steadfast commitment to organic practices, they meticulously source grapes from vineyards spread across Georgia’s diverse landscapes, including the regions of Kakheti, Kartli, and Imereti.
At DoReMi, tradition reigns supreme, with all wines crafted using the age-old method of kvevri winemaking. These large earthenware vessels, nestled in the cellar, serve as the heart of their winemaking process. Here, no additives find their way into the wines, and there’s no intervention in terms of filtration or clarification, with only a minimal touch of sulfites added. Note that each Georgian province has its distinct customs for making natural wines in a kvevri (a pitcher). DoReMi is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
Immerse yourself in the mystical world of Ocho wine collection, where ancient traditions and endangered wildlife converge to create a truly unforgettable experience. In Georgian mythology, Ocho is revered as the guardian of forests and wild creatures, embodying the essence of nature’s untamed beauty.
On the labels, you’ll encounter the precious animals of Georgia’s fauna that are at the risk of extinction. As you sip on wine, crafted in the time-honored method of kvevri fermentation, and gaze upon these enigmatic creatures, you’ll find yourself pondering life’s profound mysteries.
