Hay Pét Nat Sparkling Areni Rose is made from the autochthonous variety “Areni”, grown in a Special Area of Protected Geographical Indication in the region of Vayots Dzor and produced using the “Pét Nat” method. Pet-nat is a playful abbreviation for ‘petillant natural’. It means ‘naturally effervescent’. This wine is actually the naturist among the sparkling wines. To get a bubble in this wine, the most natural way of fermentation is used: ‘méthode ancestrale’. In short, the Hay Pét Nat Sparkling Areni Rose with an alcohol content of 12% is a sparkling wine that should definitely be tasted.
