Founded in 2006, Gevorkian Winery quickly grew into a leading player in Armenia’s dynamic wine industry. The winery takes pride in offering an extensive range of premium wines made from indigenous Armenian grape varieties, complemented by a selection of fruit and berry wines. Gevorkian Winery’s wines are distinguished by the unique natural and climatic conditions of Armenia.
Gevorkian Winery was a pioneer in introducing advanced winemaking technologies in Armenia, including the ancient Armenian Kakhani method for producing high-quality wines from dried grapes. The winery has also revived the long-lost traditions of monastery wines and introduced the German technique for producing ice wine in Armenia. In addition, the winemakers have developed a patented process for crafting fruit wines, uniquely bottled in fruit-shaped bottles—a design exclusively patented by Gevorkian Winery. The winery’s commitment to quality is ensured by ISO 22000:2005 certification, the first international food safety standard. Its wines have received numerous local and international awards.
Gevorkian wines have earned worldwide recognition, delighting both wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs with their unique flavors and exceptional craftsmanship. From the rich heritage of Armenian vineyards to the meticulous winemaking process, Gevorkian wines have found admirers across various regions, spreading their appeal throughout the vibrant markets of the world.
