Description
A beautiful harvest
The great thing about Graševina grapes is the fact that they are picked by hand. This allows the winemaker to assess with the naked eye and manually whether the grape is suitable for the wine. With this method, the best quality is guaranteed at all times.
About the producer
The region of Slavonia (not to be confused with the country Slovenia) where this wine comes from is called the Chablis of Croatia. The Pannonian Sea was once here, all the way to Budapest in Hungary. The soil (old seabed), on which the grapes grow, is clay soil with some shells. This gives the wines their minerality and matches well with anything from the sea.
