Família Margaça Reserva Tinto is a beautiful full-bodied red wine from Portugal (Alentejo region) with an alcohol content of 14.5%. It is a blend of Aragonês, Petit Verdot and Sousão, three grape varieties that share enormous potential and also give the wine good acidity. In an aromatic foreground, notes of hot spices stand out, highlighting the 12-month aging in French oak barrels. An intense and powerful wine for the real wine lover. Can be ordered via our webshop. Taste character Família Margaça Reserva Tinto

Família Margaça Reserva Tinto has a deep ruby red color. Expressive nose, complex and clean. In the foreground show hot spices reminiscent of cinnamon and black pepper, coffee and chocolate, highlighting the 12 months aging in French oak barrels. Bouquet complemented by aromas of black fruit jam and a touch of licorice.

In the mouth it is muscular, intense and very gastronomic. Notorious but well-polished tannins, balanced by a surprising acidity, characteristic of the wines of Familia Margaça and the limestone soils of Pias. Full-bodied wine, with great structure and high quality. On the palate, fruity aromas of black cherries and plums emerge, which accompany the tasting until the long and very pleasant finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to typical dishes of Alentejo gastronomy, such as lamb. We recommend serving this wine at 18ºC.
