Spiciness is at the forefront of the Douloufakis Enotria White. Other aromas include dusting blossoms that enhance this spiciness. It makes a spicy but soft white wine that is not too dry in the mouth. These features are typically Mediterranean. It is therefore not surprising that this wine is the ideal addition to Mediterranean dishes such as pasta or salads.

Nikos Douloufakis and his wife took over the family business years ago. The winery is located in Crete where the best quality wines with mainly indigenous grape varieties are produced. Douloufakis has about 10 hectares of vineyards.
