The Reserve du Couvent 2018 is an excellent product of the Château Ksara winery. It is the oldest and also the largest winery in Lebanon and was founded by Jesuits in 1857. It was not until 1972 that the monks sold the winery. Since then there has been a lot of modernization. Today, Château Ksara makes contemporary wines from mainly French grape varieties.
