Château Ksara Blanc de l’Observatoire 2022

We love a good white wine ourselves. One of our personal favorites is the Château Ksara Blanc de l’Observatoire from Lebanon. An impressive blend of native and international grape varieties: Obaideh, Clairette, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc. A wine that has been in the barrels for a short time and is really intended for drinking young. It is a fresh wine that goes well with Mediterranean dishes. Get this delicious wine at home today.

Taste character Château Ksara Blanc de l’Observatoire

That the wine has a Mediterranean origin can be tasted by the fresh citrus acids, dried sage and the peppery aftertaste. The aftertaste also has a hint of salmiak. That is why the Château Ksara Blanc de l’Observatoire fits very well with Mediterranean fish dishes such as sea bream filled with herbs and lemon.
