The vineyards of Château Ksara are located in the Bekaa Valley at one kilometer above sea level. The winery mainly produces wines with French grape varieties, but they also use native grape varieties.

That the wine has a Mediterranean origin can be tasted by the fresh citrus acids, dried sage and the peppery aftertaste. The aftertaste also has a hint of salmiak.
