The wines of Carpe Diem trace their origins to Casa Vinicola Luca, a winery deeply rooted in traditions dating back to 1924. For four generations, the dedicated Luca family has been engaged in crafting impressive wines that embody the essence of the finest Moldovan vineyards and local wine traditions. Despite numerous obstacles, the pioneers of the Luca family have realized their dream of owning a vineyard. The first glass of Carpe Diem wine was poured in 2011, marking a new chapter in the rich history of these passionate winemakers.

No country better reveals the hidden treasures of Eastern Europe than Moldova. While some may consider it a relatively new wine-producing country, wines have been crafted here for over five thousand years. During the Soviet era, the quality and reputation declined, but producers like Carpe Diem continue to set new trends for the industry.
