Armenia Wine Yerevan Granaatappelwijn
The Armenia Wine Yerevan Pomegranate Wine is a unique semi-sweet wine made from the finest white pomegranates grown in the fertile, sun-drenched Meghri region of Armenia. This region is renowned for its ideal climate for cultivating both pomegranates and grapes, providing the perfect conditions for the production of high-quality wine. The harvesting process takes place in early autumn, typically in October and November, when the pomegranates are at their peak ripeness. This delightful wine is made by carefully extracting the pomegranate juice (which accounts for 70% of the wine) and blending it with 30% grape juice. This carefully crafted juice mixture undergoes a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 26°C and 28°C for two weeks. This process helps bring out the fresh, fruity flavors of the pomegranate. With an alcohol content of 12%, this pomegranate wine offers the perfect balance between refreshing fruitiness and depth of flavor, making it a versatile wine ideal for various occasions, from casual drinks to festive meals.
