After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed using a pneumatic press to obtain the purest juice, preserving the delicate apricot characteristics. Finally, the wine is filtered to ensure the highest quality before bottling. This careful process results in a delicious semi-sweet wine, rich in flavor and aroma, perfect for any occasion.
