Dom Vicente Reserve Encruzado “Unoaked” is a Portuguese white wine with a fresh and young taste. From the Dão region with an alcohol content of 13%. The wine is made from the Encruzado variety. This grape is the main white grape in Dão in Portugal, it produces dry, fruity and aromatic wines. Due to the characteristics of the grape variety and winemaking processes, we have a white to drink straight away, but also with good bottle aging potential where it will increase complexity on the palate and nose.

Dom Vicente Reserve Encruzado “Unoaked” has a citrus yellow color with straw reflections. The aromas are fresh, with distinctive floral, fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, its mineral character stands out, along with the vegetable so typical of the variety from which it originated. The textured and voluminous profile also reveals enormous gastronomic potential. Suitable to accompany different types of dishes such as seafood, all fish dishes or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses. Serve at 10ºC.
