The wine is made in the traditional Georgian way. Which means it is made and preserved in earthenware jugs, Qvevri. The taste can be described as surprisingly fresh, with a rich bouquet of aromas. The amber colored cuvée is made from the Kisi, Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape. This wine tastes excellent with fish dishes and sushi in particular.
