Armenia Wine Yerevan Brut

The Armenia Wine Yerevan Brut is a refined sparkling wine hailing from the prestigious Armavir region in Armenia. This region, known for its excellent viticultural conditions, is located at an altitude of 900 to 1,000 meters above sea level and benefits from a continental climate. The grapes grown here enjoy long sunny days and cool nights, creating a perfect balance of acidity and sugars in the fruit. The Yerevan Brut is crafted from a unique blend of 65% Kangoun and 35% Rkatsiteli grapes. These grapes are meticulously hand-harvested at the end of August and early September, when they are perfectly ripe. The winemaking process for the Yerevan Brut follows a careful and traditional method. The grapes are hand-picked and then gently pressed using a membrane press under inert gas to prevent oxidation and preserve the fresh, pure flavor of the grapes. The second fermentation occurs using the Charmat method, in which the wine develops its fine, sparkling bubbles in a pressurized tank. This results in a sparkling wine with a lively mousse and a refined flavor structure. The alcohol content of the Armenia Wine Yerevan Brut is 11.5%, providing a light and refreshing drinking experience.

In summary, this beauty is the perfect choice for lovers of refined sparkling wines seeking quality, freshness, and elegance in every bottle.
