The Trinity 6100 Areni Rosé is a refined wine from the picturesque Vayots Dzor region of Armenia, situated at an altitude of 1,300 meters. The vineyards benefit from volcanic soil rich in sand and gravel, combined with a continental climate and approximately 250 days of sunshine per year. This produces grapes of exceptional quality. This rosé is made entirely from Areni Noir, an indigenous grape known for its delicate aromas and elegant structure. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested in the first half of October, when they have reached the perfect balance of ripeness and refreshing acidity. After destemming and gentle pressing, the wine undergoes cool fermentation, followed by two weeks of aging on the lees, which adds subtle softness and complexity. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this rosé is smooth and approachable, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions—from a summer aperitif to a sophisticated dinner.
